Are these products limited?
We love the idea of owning a special or collectible edition of a game. That’s why all of our Special and Collector’s Editions are initially produced in strictly limited quantities of 3,000 units per platform. While we may choose to produce additional runs in the future, any such reprints will be clearly marked and distinguished from the original release.
Our Standard Editions, however, are not limited. We are continuously expanding our retailer network to make them more widely available.
When will I receive my order?
With a preorder, we first have to manufacture these products. You can find the estimated delivery date on each pre-order product page. Once they arrive at our warehouse, we dispatch them immediately.
Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days across the EU, and may take longer for international destinations outside the EU.
Do I have to take care of customs, import duties, or VAT?
We strive to minimize any extra charges for our customers. Within the EU, we collect and remit all required VAT or sales tax in the jurisdictions we currently support.
If you wish to order from a country that is not yet supported, pleasecontact us and register your interest — this helps us assess expansion and formalities for your region.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our externally fulfilled warehouse in the Czech Republic. This central EU location allows us to efficiently ship across Europe.
