When will I receive my order?

With a preorder, we first have to manufacture these products. Once they arrive at our warehouse, we dispatch them immediately. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days across the EU, and may take longer for international destinations outside the EU.

Do I have to take care of customs, import duties, or VAT?

We strive to minimize any extra charges for our customers. Within the EU, we collect and remit all required VAT or sales tax in the jurisdictions we currently support. If you wish to order from a country that is not yet supported, please contact us and register your interest — this helps us assess expansion and formalities for your region.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our externally fulfilled warehouse in the Czech Republic. This central EU location allows us to efficiently ship across Europe.
